ST. LOUIS, Mo (May 13, 2019) – United 4 Children, who provides high-quality, critical support to childcare and afterschool programs, is proud to announce the internal promotion of two team members, Anita Stover and Rashaan Bush. Rashaan Bush has been promoted to Programs Achieving Quality Director and Anita Stover has been promoted to Career Development and Non-Public Afterschool Programs Director. Together they bring over 24 years of experience in the early childhood sector. “Internally promoting individuals who are not only seasoned with experience but fit well within the organization’s culture, is another way we make children a priority and serve our communities” United 4 Children Executive Director Deanna Finch says. “Bush and Stover clearly emulate our children-first purpose and we are proud to have them in their new roles.” The Programs Achieving Quality (PAQ) program is currently serving the Normandy Schools Collaborative where childcare programs are given the education and resources needed to offer high quality, developmentally appropriate and sustainable businesses while children are being prepared to succeed in Kindergarten and beyond. The Non-Public Afterschool Program (NPA) currently services non-public afterschool programs in the City of St. Louis where youth are in school, safe and engaged while reducing behavioral challenges, gaining academic achievement and improving work habits.
