United 4 Children Privacy Policy

United 4 Children (referred to as “United 4 Children,” “U4C,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this policy) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information that identifies or could reasonably be linked to you, your computer, or your device (“Personal Information”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our websites, online forms, donation pages, applications, social media pages, events, trainings, surveys, and communications, whether electronic, written, oral, or in person (collectively, the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected directly by United 4 Children.
Collection of Personal Information

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with United 4 Children, including when you:
- Subscribe to email updates or newsletters
- Register for events, trainings, or conferences
- Make a donation
- Complete surveys or evaluations

Personal Information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employer or organization, job title, and other information you choose to provide.
If you make a donation, register for a paid event, or submit payment through the Site, your payment information is collected and processed securely by DonorPerfect, our donor management and payment processing platform. United 4 Children does not store full credit card numbers or bank account information on our servers. DonorPerfect processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security policies and applicable law.
If you sign up to receive emails, newsletters, or other communications from United 4 Children, your contact information may be collected and managed through Constant Contact, our email communication platform. Constant Contact is used solely to distribute organizational updates, event information, fundraising communications, and mission-related content. United 4 Children does not permit Constant Contact to use or share your information for its own marketing purposes, and your information is handled in accordance with Constant Contact’s privacy and security policies and applicable law.
We may combine information you submit online with information collected offline and will treat that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Sensitive Information
Unless specifically requested, please do not submit sensitive Personal Information, including information about race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, health conditions, criminal history, or trade union membership.
If such information is requested, it will only be collected with your consent and in compliance with applicable law. Any sensitive information submitted without request may be deleted at our discretion.
3. Information About Minors
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. United 4 Children does not knowingly collect Personal Information online from individuals under 16. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
Any images within our site that feature children were obtained with the written permission of their parents, guardian, and/or educator.

Mobile phone numbers and donor contact information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
