We Support Early Childcare and Youth Programs Serving Children Up to Age 13
Positive experiences with parents and caregivers give children a sense of security and contentment, facilitate positive social interactions, and enable the steady development of critical competencies and skills for life. Our United 4 Children services are committed to partnering to provide this sense of security and contentment. One way we do this is through education services for early educators.
Education for Child Care and Youth Program Educators
United 4 Children creates and offers customized professional development opportunities that are MO workshop-approved trainings. You can learn more about our publicly available trainings by visiting our training calendar here. When you partner with our team to receive coaching services, your coach will recommend trainings specific to your goals.
Free, Private Trainings for Your Team
Our United 4 Children team can also hold free, private trainings for your entire early childhood education team from the “A Place for All Children” training catalog. You can view the catalog here. Trainings are Missouri clock-hour approved. All private trainings must have a guarantee of a minimum of 5 participants to qualify. Contact us to learn more at 1-800-467-2322.

Building the Preschool to Promise Pipeline
United 4 Children hosts an annual conference for early childhood educators: Building the Preschool to Promise Pipeline Conference. Here’s what one attendee had to say about the conference’s value for them:
“One of the things I found the most valuable about the Building the Preschool to Promise Pipeline Conference was getting the opportunity to hear the stories and experiences of other providers in the area. We all have such unique perspectives, motivations and challenges. It is comforting to know that despite our differences we all share a dedication to providing care to the families in our communities. Many of the stories that were shared were inspirational and encouraging!” -Kenietta Douglas
