Tim Mueller
Chairman of the Board| Boeing
Tim Mueller serves as a senior business manager on the MQ-25 program in Boeing Defense, Space & Security where he leads a team of finance analysts through financial forecasts, business case analysis, budgeting, and acquisition strategy. He’s also a passionate advocate for employee coaching & development.
Tim graduated with his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2018 and from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2012 with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is an active member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville, and enjoys running, competitive sports, watching St. Louis/Illini sports, playing guitar, and reading.

Michael L. Sorth
Vice Chairman of the Board and Treasurer | Hilltop Securities
Mike lives in south St. Louis with his wife Kristen and son Jack. He has worked in governmental, nonprofit and for-profit settings. Mike currently works in the financial services sector and cares deeply about early childhood development, particularly among low-income and minority communities.

Beth Csengody
Board Advancement Committee Chair | LPL Financial
Beth Csengody currently works at LPL Financial as the VP of Advisor Diversity and Inclusion. She has experience working directly with financial advisors with a key business focus in the women’s segment and in her last role at Wells Fargo was responsible for providing guidance and strategic direction for advisors looking to prospect or deepen relationships with female client, as well as for managers who hope to grow and retain the female FA population in their branches. The Diverse Client Segments Team within Client Experience and Growth is focused on increasing the diverse representation and inclusion of advisors and team members while also creating robust client engagement opportunities across all diverse segments.
Her area of expertise include digital marketing, brand strategy and audience evaluation, with an emphasis on the integration of emerging technologies.

Mike LaBozzetta
Board Governance Committee Chair | Faro Law, LLC
Mike started his own law firm catering to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits and provides a variety of corporate legal services including entity formation, transactional, HR, and IP issues. Before he started his own firm, he worked at a Big 4 accounting firm doing transfer pricing. In his off time, he enjoys reading, both physical books and audiobooks, which really helped out during COVID-19 lockdowns and quarantine. He also enjoys photography.

Donovan Foster

IT leader with proven ability to lead successful programs and departments. Over 30+ years of expertise in establishing teams, directing full system life cycles, managing projects and building effective PMO’s, reducing cost through controls and vendor management, and facilitating corporate success through implementation of innovative technologies.

Justen Coleman
Board Secretary | Centene Corporation
Justen Coleman is a Senior Manager at Centene Corporation, where Justen procures new state Medicaid contracts in diverse markets from Pennsylvania to New Mexico, creating innovative care delivery models for vulnerable members of the community, from children in low income households to older Americans with functional limitations and individuals with physical disabilities. Academically, Justen has a background in Economics and Financial Economics and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Vanderbilt University in 2008.
Justen has been recognized with multiple Key Contributor Awards from Centene Corporation for work in Business Development, has received a Person Centered Thinking Certificate and is a current Fellow with St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative. Justen woks to create Medicaid health plans which successfully integrate health care (including behavioral health) with social determinants (food insecurity, toxic stress, etc.) while overall increasing access to care.
Justen is a golf coach with Mathews-Dickey Boys & Girls Club Junior Tee-Masters, a member of Emerging 100, Division of 100 Black Men of Metro St. Louis and a member of The Chess Club and Scholastic Center of St. Louis Chess Players, St. Louis, MO.

Nikki Goodwin

Experienced Senior Business Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry. Skilled in Health Insurance, Analytical Skills, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, and Business Process Improvement. Strong business management professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Communications and Management from Webster University.

David Rosenberg
Ameren
David Rosenberg is Vice President of Technology and Operations for Ameren. David is responsible for enterprise IT infrastructure, technology operations, data centers, Digital Command Center, infrastructure architecture, networks, communications, and end-user technologies. David is focused on leading a digital transformation, operational excellence, optimizing digital performance, and reducing outages & risks across IT.

Vanessa Vandergraaf
Lindenwood University
Vanessa Vandergraaf is an academic, mentor, and writer advocating for more inclusive and ethical opportunities in the technology and instructional industry. She brings over 15 years of experience in Instructional Technology, Technology Integration, and Online Training. Vanessa is committed to investing in efforts to reduce inequities in the tech space, beginning with early childhood experiences to ensure that young people understand their potential. She believes there is no single policy, initiative, or program solution, but involving community members in these processes is critical.
