Advancement & Program Committee

About United 4 Children

United 4 Children is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. United 4 Children’s mission is to improve the social, emotional, physical, and educational well-being of our children by enriching the knowledge of families, teachers, and caregivers.

United 4 Children is seeking passionate community leaders to join our Fund Development Committee. United 4 Children is a child and youth focused organization that works to change the path for at-risk children.

Advancement & Program Committee

The Advancement and Program Committee assists the agency’s Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team in creating and implementing the fund development plan, marketing, communications and branding strategies. The committee also reviews the various programs offered by the agency to determine their viability, relevance to mission, financial situation, and level of demand or need. This committee meets monthly or as needed.

Stephanie Null

Development Director


Stephanie Null has over fifteen years of program management and development experience in the nonprofit sector.  She has consulted nonprofits in establishing their mission, programs, and funding. Prior to working for United 4 Children, she worked for Rung for Women as the Director of Grant Management facilitating new grants, writing proposals, and supporting the administration as well as reporting of grants. She has provided strategic planning facilitation across the state and has served on various advisory councils and boards. She currently serves on Metropolitan Community Church of Greater St. Louis’ Board of Directors as the Board Secretary. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, visiting various St. Louis parks, and spending time with friends.
