ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI (September 2023) Rhonda Lingard joins the executive leadership team of United 4 Children, a non-profit serving children, families, and childcare partners across Missouri. As the organization’s operations and wellbeing director, she will be responsible for ensuring United 4 Children has the right people, financial resources, a safe environment, and the operational support needed to achieve our vision that all children have a strong foundation to thrive. As a key member of the non-profit’s executive team, Rhonda will serve as a cross-functional leader in the execution of both strategic and organizational goals. She will have an active role in establishing and executing systems and policies to ensure successful day-to-day operations, including IT, human resources, facilities management, and financial planning and reporting.

My experience in nonprofit operations will give me the opportunity to contribute significantly to the organization’s overall success and to make meaningful differences in the lives of the community United 4 Children serves,” Rhonda shared.
Rhonda has over 25 years of progressive professional experience in corporate, non-profit operations, and higher education. Lingard has dedicated her professional pursuits and life’s journey to engaging with community initiatives in the St. Louis region. Prior to joining United 4 Children, Rhonda provided leadership as the operations manager for CASA of St. Louis. She currently serves as an advisory board committee member for Harris-Stowe State University Anheuser-Busch School of Business, and Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition’s RESPOND Program. Lingard’s engagement with each underscores her passion for education, business excellence, and the well-being of vulnerable individuals within the community.
Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Harris-Stowe State University, a Masters in Adult and Higher Education, and a certification in Student Affairs Administration and Leadership both from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Lingard is also a Doctoral candidate at the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she is on the cusp of earning her doctorate degree in Educational Practice. Her research and endeavors in the realm of educational practices promise to contribute significantly to the enhancement of educational methodologies, people wellness, and increased community-based outcomes. Rhonda is also a graduate of Focus St. Louis Women in Leadership program.
