Krysta Grangeno is joining United 4 Children’s team as an Operations and Wellbeing Director. Grangeno is a nonprofit professional who brings nine years of executive leadership experience to the United 4 Children team.  

As Operations and Wellbeing Director Grangeno will be responsible for all financial functions of the agency, organize and oversee daily operations of the agency, manage partner contracts, lead human resources and employee wellbeing operations and initiatives, and lead and manage technology initiatives. She will work collaboratively with United 4 Children’s Executive Director, Program Officer, Advancement Team, Office Manager, and The Charity CFO Accounting team. 

This role is a new one for United 4 Children. The organization’s goal in adding this position is to be able to better empower teams, find efficiencies, and implement best practices. United 4 Children’s vision is that all children have the foundation to thrive regardless of race, zip code, or ability. This new role will ensure that the organization’s team and processes have the support needed to achieve that vision. 

United 4 Children is excited by Grangeno’s early childhood background, leadership experience, and passion for racial equity work. She will join the team at the end of August.
