Salary Range: $46,000-$55,000 annually, dependent on experience, with opportunities for advancement

What You Will Do
Support manager in development, implementation, and achievement of Recruitment and Referral team plans based on agency outcomes
Work with the Recruitment and Referral Manager to implement the recruitment plan to enroll childhood educators and business owners in U4C services
Can use the Missouri Early Care and Education System
Serve as the first line of communication for providers and families
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of resources and services (statewide)
Connect with providers using (Phone, email, MO ECE website, Parent link, and other related resources)
Provide relevant resources and referrals to clients when requested, i.e., connection to licensing and accreditation offices, childcare programs, family support, and inclusion services etc.
Collaborate with other team members in the ECER&R (Education, Resource and Referrals and Community Leadership team)
To support holistic service integration with clients
Complete required agency reporting and maintain accurate client files in databases
Update resource information for client, providers and families
Availability to work call center M-F 8am-10pm, Sat. Sun.12-5pm (There will be a rotating schedule)
Actively participate in required meetings and personal professional development
Skills We Are Looking For
An advanced degree or equivalent work experience in Early Childhood Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in early childhood or youth setting
Pass a Family Care and Safety Registry Screening
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to retain a minimum of liability vehicle insurance
Experience and skill working with diverse populations
Successful implementation of trauma informed strategies
Conscientious use of justice, equity, and inclusion lens when working with self and others
Successful at working in multiple teams simultaneously
Ability to work some weekends and nights
