As a leading non-profit in the early childhood education field, United 4 Children is currently seeking passionate and
dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors and make a significant impact in our community. Our board
members play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of the organization, and we believe that with a diverse
mix of skills, experience, and enthusiasm, we can take our impact to the next level.
We are particularly interested in attracting board members with expertise in areas such as education, advocacy,
marketing, finance, legal, fundraising, human resources, board governance, administration, and strategic planning.
Additionally, we are seeking individuals who possess a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to
work collaboratively with the board of directors, executive director, agency leadership team, volunteers, and external
