Beth Csengody
Chairman of the Board | LPL Financial
Beth Csengody currently works at LPL Financial as the VP of Advisor Diversity and Inclusion. She has experience working directly with financial advisors with a key business focus in the women’s segment and in her last role at Wells Fargo was responsible for providing guidance and strategic direction for advisors looking to prospect or deepen relationships with female client, as well as for managers who hope to grow and retain the female FA population in their branches. The Diverse Client Segments Team within Client Experience and Growth is focused on increasing the diverse representation and inclusion of advisors and team members while also creating robust client engagement opportunities across all diverse segments.
Her area of expertise include digital marketing, brand strategy and audience evaluation, with an emphasis on the integration of emerging technologies.

Chris Rowland
Vice Chairman of the Board and Treasurer | Healthy Blue Missouri (Elevance Health)
Chris serves as the CFO for Healthy Blue Missouri, where he plays a key role in providing healthcare to the state’s most vulnerable populations.
With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, he provides strategic leadership and is committed to driving innovation and enhancing financial efficiency. A proud native of St. Louis and Mizzou alumnus, Chris resides in Dardenne Prairie with his wife and two daughters.

Joe Mintzer
Advancement Chair | Paychex
Joe Mintzer is a Strategic Business Consultant at Paychex. He helps businesses streamline their people operations through a thoughtful combination of personalized service and technology. He helps companies gain access to affordable, Fortune 500-style benefits packages, stay compliant with state and federal tax and HR requirements, reduce employer-related risk, and significantly ease the administrative burden that comes with managing employees.
Joe feels a strong obligation to leave a positive impact wherever he can in his community. Having 4 young children of his own, and a wife who is an elementary school teacher, once Joe was introduced to United4Children he immediately felt the calling to get involved with our Mission.
Joe is originally from Orange County, CA, and a graduate of San Diego State University. Transplanted in St. Louis in 2015, he now calls Eureka, MO home. He loves dogs, sports, travel and outdoor activities such as Golf and Snowboarding. He is a Christian, and he believes that no child should be left behind.

Danny Lewin
Governance Chair | Object Computing, Inc.
Danny Lewin currently serves on the Board of Directors at Navigate STL Schools and is a Partner, and Vice President of Business Operations at Object Computing, Inc. Danny was born in Saint Louis and graduated from the University of Missouri before moving to South Florida and earning an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. He began his career working as the Community Relations Coordinator for the Miami Dolphins from 2003 – 2007. While working for the Dolphins, he managed the team’s community outreach efforts as well as the Miami Dolphins Foundation fundraising efforts.
Eventually, Danny returned to Saint Louis and joined Object Computing, Inc. (OCI); a technology consulting firm. Through his time at OCI, he has played many roles including Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Project Manager, Director of PMO, and Director of Operations.
Throughout his career, Danny has been active in the non profit community. He served as the President of the Board of Directors at Lift for Life Gym from 2008 – 2019 and continues to serve on the Advisory Board. He has also been part of other organizations such as the St. Louis Sports Commission Associates, CATCH 84 Foundation, and FOCUS St. Louis.

Calvin Dantley
Secretary
Calvin Dantley specializes in providing engaging and effective learning and development support for companies. He designs interactive online courses and other resources tailored to educate employees across all organizational levels, delivering impactful corporate training solutions.
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Calvin has called the St. Louis metro area home for over a decade. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales training and management, he leverages skills such as questioning and active listening to connect deeply with subject matter experts. Beyond his professional endeavors, Calvin serves as a youth sports coach, mentoring and inspiring kids in his community to explore opportunities beyond sports, utilizing their skills both on and off the field.

Mia Henderson
Board Member
Dr. Mia Henderson has served on the Board of Directors of Navigate STL Schools since 2022, and works as a pediatric hospitalist serving young patients at several Missouri hospitals. While she didn’t grow up in St. Louis, she’s always considered the metro area home, because that’s what her parents (who were area natives) always called it – and she spent most summer and winter breaks here. Mia grew up in southern Arizona, before completing her undergraduate degrees at University of Arizona and a masters in education at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She earned her MD and PhD degrees from the Medical Scientist Training Program at Washington University School of Medicine and completed pediatrics residency training at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Mia has always been passionate about working with underrepresented and underserved communities. A Girl Scout Gold Award recipient herself, she spent many years on Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri’s Young Professionals Council and serving as a team mentor to Girl Scout robotics teams. She has also worked with many other initiatives including Healthy Start new parent classes, multiple science and medicine pipeline programs, and Wash U’s Public Health and Diversity Working Group. Mia is a member of both the Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor societies, as well as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Deepashri Khare
Board Member
Deepashri Khare’s corporate experience spans more than 26 years across multiple sectors, including investment banking, agriculture, telecommunications, and IT-enabled services, with experience across Asia and the United States. She has held global leadership roles as a strategic HR business partner for large, multinational functions, as well as various Centers of Excellence roles in talent management, change management, attrition analytics and retention strategies, and diversity and inclusion.
Deepashri designs innovative HR solutions in collaboration with business partners to transform organizations. She brings a firsthand, senior-management perspective on business issues, along with a deep-rooted interest in people development. Applying an inclusive lens to organizational development and design, she addresses priorities including talent and performance management, leadership development, employee retention, and engagement—helping build diverse, high-performing teams.
As an advocate and facilitator of change, Deepashri has focused on cultivating a future-ready culture in which employees thrive and organizations achieve maximum success. A human resources management professional by education, she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from IMDR, India, graduating as the gold medalist of the Class of 2000.
Deepashri joined RGA in April 2025 and currently leads the Global Talent Management and Mobility team. In this role, she oversees the design and stewardship of RGA’s core people processes and initiatives to improve organizational performance, optimize culture, and accelerate talent and leadership development.
Before joining RGA, Deepashri served as Chief Human Resources Officer at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, an organization with more than 2,000 employees. In that role, she partnered with the Board and Executive Team to design and execute a comprehensive talent and culture strategy.
