Thank you for attending our U4C Family Fun Night Open House on September 27th. We had 70 people attend the event! It was fantastic to see so many of our community partners, funders, donors, board members, providers and their families get together and have a chance to mix and mingle with other members of the U4C family!
We made sure that there was something for everyone at the event. Kids and adults alike had fun with a boat engineering project and making ooey gooey sensory bags! Everyone assisted us to help create a new hand print painting to be displayed in the U4C office. It really takes a lot of helping hands to create a brighter future for our children!
Our feature for the evening was the honoring of our community partners Gloria Sewell, the Director of Guardian Angel Settlement House, and the staff of Dunbar Elementary School’s After-school Program.
Many thanks to our community partners: Vision for Children at Risk (VCR), Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and Children’s Education Alliance Missouri (CEAM ) for having information booths at the event!
United 4 Children is always looking for ways to improve our communities, to make them places where people are healthy, safe and cared for, and we know that we can’t do it alone. The ability to partner effectively with other individuals and organizations is absolutely essential to continuing the programs and services at United 4 Children. We can’t thank you enough for making our U4C Family Fun Night Open House such a special event!
