When You Need Care For A Child With Special Needs

While finding and maintaining quality care for your child or youth can be challenging for any family, when a child has special needs the challenges can seem insurmountable.  United 4 Children is here to help!

Whether your child has a diagnosed disability such as cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD; a developmental delay; or significant challenging behavior, the Inclusion Specialists at United 4 Children can support your family by:

  • Contacting potential early childhood or school-age providers to start conversations about whether the program can meet your child’s needs.
  • Working directly with your child’s potential provider to prepare for your child’s enrollment.
  • Supporting the teachers and caregivers in your child’s current setting to develop strategies and action plans that will help your child have the best experience possible.

We have specialists throughout the State of Missouri who are ready to work with you, your child and your child’s teachers.  To find the Inclusion Specialist for your area, please click here.  For a downloadable brochure about our Inclusion Services, please click here.
