Rose Anderson-Rice holds a Masters in Public Administration and a B.S. in Elementary Education and has more than 20 years of experience working with early care & education and school age programs. Rose has expertise in grant writing, strategic planning, project management, community collaboration and is an experienced trainer and facilitator.

Donna Baringer holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communications and a B.S. in Business Management. Her marked strength and key talent is assessing any situation and being able to identify key stake holders, mediate a solution and successfully implement. Her passion for making a difference utilizes this strength by her ability to identify the individuals, corporations, foundations and government entities that will support United 4 Children. Her many diverse contacts not only in the St. Louis region but in the state of Missouri enables her to grow the organization’s visibility and serve as the Director of Institutional Advancement.
Director of MO & IL Child Nutrition Services
Lisa has a Bachelor’s of Music Education degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. Prior to coming to United 4 Children she owned and operated Little Blessings Childcare and Preschool in Edwardsville, Il. In 2003, she joined Child Day Care Association and in 2004 become the director of the IL CACFP for CDCA. In 2010 she became the bi-state director for the MO and IL Child Nutrition Services.
